Collections Account Manager in Truro, Cornwall

We are currently seeking Collection Account Managers to join a busy, friendly and successful Collections Company based in Truro with great earning potential due to growth and demand from their clients.
The company have expanded their office space so their staff can work to safe social distancing levels for peace of mind
You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to provide customer service over the phone ensuring professionalism at all times.
On a day to day basis you will be contacting customers that have fallen into arrears with their clients i.e. Energy Providers to collect payments over the phone and working with them to negotiate repayment plans. You must be able to remain calm, focused and professional under pressure.
Telephone experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given as this company champion employee progression
In return the company are offering a permanent salary of £19,500k per annum with OTE £30k + Uncapped
37.5 hrs per week
