Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to help support our adviser team deepen our relationships with our clients. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is enthusiastic, flexible, detail-oriented, great with people and is forward thinking. In this role, you will be responsible for helping us look after clients’ portfolios helping them meet their long-term objectives and lifetime goals.
We have big ambitions and want to work with and encourage potential candidates who thrive on new challenges, have lots of energy and want to feel integral to the client experience. We want to engage with our colleagues to share and grow our passion for giving the best financial planning experience to our clients.
Who are we?
Jacksons is a forward-looking Wealth Management firm that has been looking after clients for nearly 45 years. With Pete Matthew of Meaningful Money and Chas Cox leading the way the company, whilst local, mentor clients with their financial planning all over the country. We are a currently a team of 15 looking to strengthen over the coming years to help support our growing client portfolio.
We need you to be able to have the following skills, but perhaps more important we need you to want to be a part of the team. It would be great if you could demonstrate the following skills and experience:
? Be a key contact for the client creating a strong and confident relationship.
? Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and 3rd-party firms.
? Have proficient IT skills or the motivation to learn new skills.
? Be able to undertake platform trades and transactions such as contributions and withdrawals taking the time to action with attention to detail.
? Seeing tasks and projects through from start to finish along with prioritising workloads.
? Be able to communicate across mediums including letter, email, and other online systems.
? Have the confidence to work within a team and to also work on tasks independently.
