Chef de Partie

This award winning 4 star hotel and spa based on a beautiful beach in Woolacombe, North Devon are looking for a temp Chef de Partie to join their team for 2 weeks from ASAP START for 2-3 weeks.

This is a temporary assignment, paying £15.50 per hour and will last 2-3 weeks ( We pay weekly as well), other information about the assignment includes:

• Size of kitchen team is 6
• They have a 2 AA rosette restaurant and below deck overlooking the ocean bistro operation
• Shifts are a mixture really, possibly a couple of breakfast shifts 7am to midday then a split until 5.30 to 9.30pm approx., or 9.30 to 2.30 then 5.30 to 9.30, or straights 12 to 9.30pm.
• Accommodation is the client has a non-sea view guest room that we can allocate – it’s a double ensuite room. This is inclusive

It will be working through the agency on a PAYE basis and we pay weekly and you accrue holiday pay.
