CHEF DE PARTIE
Location: The Victoria Inn, Threemilestone, Truro
Full time – Permanent
As a Chef de Partie at The Victoria Inn you will be supporting the head & sous chef to deliver a great pub food offering that is reasonably priced that people love. You’ll need to operate safely and within the portion control and quality standards set by the team. We want you to be able to develop as a person and a professional and be a committed team member.

Since March 2020, The Victoria Inn has continued to operate through periods of lockdown. The team pivoted the business to provide a fantastic hot food takeaway and delivery brand, ‘Pub Grub’, which has gone from strength to strength. The team adapted quickly and have learnt new skills along this journey. This means the site is well positioned to continue to trade successfully regardless of the trading restrictions.
Pub Grub has brought fantastic new opportunities to the business which has invested for the future with new electric Pub Grub branded delivery vehicles. The senior management team have great ambitions for this premises to become a greener operation for 2021 and further lead the way in the pub industry.
This is a great time to become a key part of Team Vic.
Relocation: Please note there is no living-in option available with this role, however, short-term accommodation could be agreed for someone relocating, while you search for permanent residence.
