My client near Newquay are seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join their Kitchen Team.

As a chef de partie you get to oversee a section of the kitchen;

Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
Helping the Executive and Head chef's to develop new dishes and menus
Ensuring you and the team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

Offering part or full-time contracts;
• Part-time (amount of shifts per week to be agreed at interview, flexible by mutual agreement)
• Full-time 4 days on, 3 days off (based on 40 hours per week)

Salary depending on experience and hours between £11,500 - £24,000 per annum plus fantastic company perks
