My client on the outskirts of Falmouth is searching for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

Chef de Partie Requirements:
To ensure that Service Standards are in line with Brand Strategy and The Company business objectives.
To be fully aware of all Health and Safety policy and procedures relevant to your role and department
Assist in the management of stock so that waste is kept to a minimum
To ensure that all staff within your section are working in a safe manner complying with Company and legal requirements – ensuring risks to you and others are minimised
To ensure that all food commodities are received and stored correctly
 
Candidate requirements:
Have an understanding of produce and ingredients
Positive and flexible attitude towards your working environment
Have excellent cooking skills
Thrives in a pressured environment
Always presented to a high standard

This position is a full-time permanent position offering an annual salary of £26,000 plus a competitive pay package including a generous monthly service charge addition and company benefits.
You will need to have access to own vehicle due to remote location.
