Business Development Associate in Redruth

Reporting to the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for making outbound calls which are warm leads to clients in order to generate qualified leads to the Senior Business Development Associates
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls , to introduce services and pre-qualify the data
- Maintaining up to date records ensuring it is live and up to date on a CRM system
- Reporting, keeping up to date records of referrals and calls. Reporting monthly figures to management
You must possess an excellent telephone manner and have interpersonal skills along with a Strong desire to succeed
This role is working Monday to Friday in modern offices

In return the company are offering an annual salary of £18,500k + OTE per annum
