Our client, an award winning Hotel, Resort and spa situated on one of Newquay's glorious beaches are seeking to appoint x 2 breakfast chefs to join their team with their new Executive Head Chef on board.

The breakfast chef's main remits will be to prepare, cook and serve breakfast service and ensure standard hotel guest service is maintained, within supporting the demand from our client's 39 self-catering cottage guests and non-residents within this busy new operation within the resort. There will be a need to cover at times the main breakfast service in the hotel, but this role is developing this concept to the above.

The salary offered is £23,400 per annum based on a 40 hour per week contract and can be flexible with working hours although will likely start from 4 or 5am each morning and will be worked over 5 days per week.
