Due to internal promotion at this award winning Hotel and restaurant operation in Falmouth.
They are looking for a Bar Manager to ensure the team are always prepared, enthused and ready to deliver an exceptional level of beverage service to all our guests, always.
The role will be primarily:
Managing the shifts service standards requires a great, all-round operator, likely to be a current F&B Supervisor looking to take a step up into a first Management role, we have an internal Mixologist who ensure all products are on point and with a strong, consistent, and solid Management Team at the hotel you will be well supported as you make your mark on our bar service.
They are a busy, highly regarded water side 4-star hotel, so you must be comfortable running a bustling operation, with 12 direct reports.
You will need to be a people person, giving empathy, empowerment and above all genuine hospitality to all you engage with at the hotel.
Their staff are their key strength, and you will need to set the example and add to the success already achieved, you will adapt to and subtly influence the culture, you will not need to change it.
