Our client a 5* award winning luxury hotel, based on the cliff tops of Newquay only a short distance from sandy beaches and town centre are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager.

Supporting and assisting the Restaurant Manager in all aspect’s food and beverage in the Restaurant Manager's absence taking responsibility for management of the restaurant and bar covering breakfast, lunch, dinner service. Ensuring that consistent high levels of service are provided within bar and restaurant.

As Assistant restaurant Manager you will lead a team providing exceptional wow factor service, while being passionate, confident and engaging.

 Responsibilities will include…

• Maximise sales

• Ensure restaurant, bar area & venues are clean
