Since it began in 1982, Spectrum has grown to become a leading provider of specialist care for autistic adults and children in Cornwall. We are a charitable organisation providing residential and community care and educational support.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assessor-Trainer to be based at our lovely Support Centre near Truro, where Spectrum’s dedicated training centre is located, in order to assist us with supporting and assessing our staff in completing their Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications in adult’s or children’s care services.

Your new role will form an integral part of our dedicated training team, who aim to provide the best practice continued professional development, alongside the initial mandatory training for all of our new care support and managerial staff.

What we are looking for:
• A qualified Assessor with the Diploma (formerly NVQ) Assessors Award, or a current TAQA qualification, or either the A1 / A2 or the D32 / D33.
