Our client, a hotel and tourist attraction based in Bodmin, are seeking a temporary, on-going Administrator to join them for at least 3 months, starting as soon as possible.
Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with a good background in admin, with a flexible schedule. The role includes –
- Looking after the purchase ledger, liaising with creditors regarding invoicing, reconciliations
- Processing purchase invoices
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, notably Excel
- Complete recording and counting of daily banking or both cash and cheques
- Accounts payable - prepare pay lists
The ideal candidate will be confident working with numbers, have previous Office Admin experience (ideally with experience processing invoices), and be flexible.
