Salary: £9.25 to £9.50 per hour
Hours: 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 4.45pm on Fridays

We are seeking a temporary Administrator for approximately 3 months to join a friendly and successful company based in Helston.
This is a full time opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised individual who is a great team player. You will be joining a friendly and dynamic team in a modern and welcoming workplace space. They have continued to operate due to increase in demand during the pandemic.
Ensure the smooth and accurate processing of all ‘call off’ orders and general office administration, this involves a very high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Deal with all customers and suppliers in a polite and efficient manner via telephone and email.
Assist in the general running of a busy sales office, answering the phones, filing etc.
Understanding of a purchase and sales ledger is an advantage, but not essential.
Required personal skills and experience
Process orientated, self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
Quick to learn new software packages, IT literate with a good understanding of Office.
Good level of education, maths and English GCSE minimum requirement.
Confident telephone manner.
Experience making outbound and receiving inbound calls.
Ability to think outside the box and use own initiative.
All product and systems training will be provided.
Due to the nature of the role this will be office based, the company have been inspected and have passed Covid H&S assessments.
Working Hours are:
8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday
8.45am to 4.45pm on Fridays
