My client, a Care Home in Bodmin, is seeking a new Administrator / Receptionist to join their team. This is a temporary position with a possibility of the role becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Start: ASAP (as early as Tuesday 2nd August!) 

Hours:

  • £11.00 per hour
  • Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

What we offer:

General Reception & Admin duties:

  • Assist with the process of payroll (no experience required) 
  • Answering phones (responding to and redirecting queries)
  • Responding to emails
  • Greeting and assisting visitors with their needs
  • Dealing with queries and complaints
  • General administrative tasks

Essentially you will need:

  • An Enhanced DBS certificate (we can process this for you)
  • Good IT skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
