Job Title: Telesales Team Leader
Salary: £20,000 per annum plus Commission
Hours: Full Time
We have a fantastic opportunity joining a great company based in Helston for a Telesales Team Leader on a permanent basis.
You will be joining a friendly and dynamic team in a modern and welcoming workplace space who are also part of the Healthy Workplace Programme!
They have continued to operate due to increase in demand during the pandemic, we are seeking candidates that are Target / Sales Driven and have skills in Telesales and Customer Service. Someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in!
The candidate must be skilled in selling to a diverse range of companies. Possess leadership skills and have knowledge in supporting and developing team members.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
Maintain and increase sales from our existing customer base
Cross sell to existing customer base
Cold call to convert and grow new business sales
Price through to closing the sale
Achieve and exceed targets set by management
Present new product solutions to customers, adapt to changing products
Monitor and support telesales team
Monitor and report on performance targets
Ensure team admin is kept up to date
Keep abreast with industry news
Visit trade shows and network – pending Covid19 lockdown restrictions
Competent in using Salesforce or equivalent software package
Team player with a genuine passion for selling and delighting the customer
Account management skills
Ability to communicate with decision makers of all levels
Create and build lasting relationships with customers
Due to the nature of the role this will be office based, the company have been inspected and have passed Covid H&S assessments.
Working Hours are:
8:45am to 5:15pm Monday to Thursday
8:45am to 4:45pm on Fridays
In return the company are offering:
£20k + Uncapped Commission
21 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, rising to 26 days after 5 years service
