Job Title: Sous Chef
Salary: £22,880 - £24,960
Location: St Austell
Our client is looking for a Sous Chef to work in a face paced restaurant
you will oversee the kitchen in the chef’s absence, meet high standards of food hygiene and professionalism, and train your team to learn new cooking techniques. You’ll also deal with suppliers and handle paperwork, such as ordering and invoicing.
You must be flexible and be able to work as part of a team.
