Job Title: Sous Chef
Salary: £21,840 - £23,920
Hours: 40 Hours
This role is Working alongside the head chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking. Provides meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
Must be focused and able to work under pressure and be able to take instructions.
This is a hourly rate evenings from June current working 9.30-10.00am finish time 4.00-5.30pm
Live in is available caravans on site £50 a week.
