Job Title: Sous Chef
Hours: 45 hours per week
The Sous Chef is responsible for the day-to-day culinary operations in a professional kitchen. Functions include menu creation, food purchasing, and maintenance of quality standards.
Directs food preparation and collaborates with executive chef. Helps in the design of food and drink menu, and produces high quality plates, including both design and taste.
Oversees and supervises kitchen staff and assists with menu.
