Restaurant Manager in Truro

My client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager. You will be in charge of all aspects of the Restaurant including the kitchen, Bar and waiting staff whilst ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
You need to be able to work shifts, mostly evenings, have lots of style, great personal presentation, a warm personality to connect with customers and high energy.
Super customer service skills and be very well organised, have great attention to detail, manage a busy bookings system in a fast paced brasserie operation in the Centre of Truro.
You will need to manage a team firmly but fairly, train staff, and have a keen interest in improving business.
You should be numerate and able to plan rotas to fit budgets/ level of business/ holidays.
Most of all you will be responsible for creating a wonderful dining atmosphere, looking after customers and caring about your team.
This is an independent hotel and restaurant.
£32k per year
Share of service charge
Recruitment bonus of £1000 after 6 months.
