Job Title: Purchase Ledger Executive
Salary: £19,500 per annum
Hours: Part Time
We are seeking a Purchase Ledger Executive on a permanent part-time basis (approximately 30 hours a week) working for a friendly and successful company within their industry of engineering.
Reporting to the Finance Director and working in the Finance Department you will be responsible for the maintenance and processing of Purchase Ledger expenditure for the company.
On a day to day basis your responsibilities will consist of:
- Match Purchase Orders to GRN
- Match purchase invoices to PO + GRM
- Process invoices onto SAGE
- Generate the Purchase Ledger payment run
- Sending remittance to supplier
- Control of petty cash
Skills in Purchase Ledger is essential and use of SAGE Line 50 , Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
This is a Permanent Part Time role based in the COVID-19 Compliant Offices
Approximately 30 hours per week (flexible)
We are happy to be completely flexible with the hours around school etc.
In return the company are offering a salary of £19,500 pro rata
