Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Salary: £9-10 per hour
Hours: Full Time
We are seeking a Purchase / Sales Ledger Clerk on a temporary full time basis working for a friendly and successful company within their industry of engineering. We are seeking someone for an immediate start.
Reporting to the Finance Director and working in the Finance Department you will be responsible for the maintenance and processing of purchase ledger expenditure for the company.
On a day to day basis your responsibilities will consist of:
- Match Purchase Orders to GRN
- Match purchase invoices to PO + GRM
- Process invoices onto SAGE
- Generate the Purchase Ledger payment run
- Sending remittance to supplier
- Control of petty cash
Skills in Purchase Ledger is essential and use of SAGE and Microsoft Office Suite
This is a Full Time Role based in the COVID Compliant Offices
