Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Salary: £18,870 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity available for a for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a fantastic local company in Helston, Cornwall. The position will be initially for a 3 month period with a potential of it becoming permanent in the future.
The starting date will be as soon as available from Monday 18th January 2021.

The Purchase Ledger Assistant role requires you to work in line with company procedures and assist to develop systems that ensure all company financial information is collated, analysed, verified and reported in a timely manner to suit statutory and governing bodies.
As Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will report to the Accounts Manager and your duties will include:
Ensuring company databases are checked, updated and maintained
Processing supplier's invoices in line with the detailed company procedures
Ensuring queries are logged and dealt with efficiently
Assisting the team to maintain, develop and enhance company policies and procedures in line with the scope of ISO certifications
Liaising with suppliers and sub contractors to resolve all queries and maintain good relationships
Assisting with any other duties in line with the efficient running of the company within the scope of your abilities
The hours of work are from 8am to 5pm Mon to Friday with a salary of £18,870.00 p.a
