Production Coordinator in Falmouth

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Coordinator based in Falmouth on a Temp to Perm basis
This position will be for an initial 3 month contract with the opportunity to go to permanent

On a day to day basis you will be reporting to the Planning and Logistics Manager and will be responsible for the following:
- Monitor production requirements to ensure all work orders are issued within the timescales
- Manage production shortfalls alongside the team leader to ensure all components are in stock when required
- Assist with regular internal stock taking, including re-counts and system adjustments
- Maintain accurate records including PO and inspection reports for audit purposes
- Maintain sales/production requirement records for data tracking
- Communicate with distribution centres and sales colleagues to update them on deliveries

You must have attention to detail and accuracy in numbers and data, good communication skills and be a great team player, joining a friendly and collaborative team
If you have any knowledge of the Navision ERP System, 5S, or Lean this will be advantageous but not essential
The working hours are:
8am to 430pm Monday to Thursday
8am to 330pm Friday
£20k to £22,500k pro rata DOE
