Winners are working with a highly acclaimed West Cornwall business in order to recruit an experienced PA / Administrator into their busy, modern offices in Redruth.
Reporting to the Managing Director the purpose of this role is to provide extensive administration assistance to the senior lead team and departmental administration support to the teams in order to improve communication, accuracy and efficiency in service delivery.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Preparations of quotations, billing summaries and valuations. Submitting paperwork to regulatory bodies. Registering facilities and items in line with relevant compliance. Liaising with professional bodies and advisories in relation to project based work. Managing diaries, booking appointments, ensuring travel/accommodation requirements for the senior lead team. Filing, collating and coordinating project packs. Handling external communications and company profile such as social media and website information.
You will be:
A highly organised and proven administrator, the successful applicant will be a confident communicator with the ability to prioritise work loads and to multi-task. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills; communicating effectively on the telephone, in writing and in person with integrity to customer service and attention to detail whist proving to be resourceful in seeking out information or resolutions. You will possess strong working knowledge of MS Office products and also have the capacity to work as a valued team member and under your own initiative, sometimes with company confidential information.
This role is offered as a full time, permanent contract, office hours, Monday-Friday 8am - 4.30 pm
