Job brief

As Office Manager/PA you will help the Managing Director run the busy office , with the day to day running of the business including staff, social media, copywriting, updating websites etc.

The ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled, and shows good leadership.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities

Staffing & HR
PR
Write, edit and keep updated wording on the company’s website.
Write, edit and publish engaging posts for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
Collaborate with design and sales team on a range of marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)
Conduct high-quality research and interviews
Edit and proofread copy as needed
Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach
Source images and other content
Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)
Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner
Network with clients and industry professionals
Requirements

Proven experience as a copywriter or related role
Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
Experience with SEO
Strong research skills
Creativity
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
