Job Title: Junior Sous Chef (Live in position)
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000
Hours: 40-45 Hours per week
We have an excellent opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join a rosette restaurant in Falmouth.
The Junior. Sous Chef serves as “Third-in-command” of the kitchen: assist the Executive Chef, and Executive Sous Chef in supervising food quality, production and costs. The ability to quickly and authoritatively delegate tasks to kitchen personnel.
Attention to detail is vital and a willing to learn and take instructions.
The salary is 25-26k salary is negotiable
