We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join the team on a full time permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Human Resources, you will have responsibility for helping to provide a proactive HR service across the group, with a particular focus on the Community Services team.
This position involves working closely and partnering with key stakeholders and HR colleagues to help develop and deliver on the HR plans, whilst providing proactive solutions in line with the needs of Cornwall Care and our colleagues.
This position will be predominantly working from home, but you will occasionally be required to travel to our Support Office in Truro or other sites within the Group.
