Head Waiter / Waitress in Lands End

Our client in Lands End are looking for an enthusiastic Head Waiter/Waitress to join their friendly team.
Your role will be to lead by example a team of 10 15 staff members to ensure the smooth operation of The Hotel's Restaurant with a focus on exemplary service, quality produce & consistent profitability.
This is a full time permenant role working 5 days per week with an annual salary of £22,000.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise the service of food & beverages in all areas of the hotel & maintain responsibility of the delivery food & beverage within the restaurant.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional & courteous manner
- Create a positive environment & culture through constant communication & reinforcement.
- Ensure you & all staff which you are responsible for are adhering to the company's policies, procedures as set in the LEH training manual for the duration of their employment.
- Ensure shift briefs are carried out to promote positive communication including shift roles, specials & promotions.
- Liaise with the kitchen to review daily specials and changes to the menu
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress
- Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern over 7 days
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills
- Due to location, your own transport is essential
