Our client is a market leader within their industry and are looking for tech-savvy candidates to join their customer support analyst team, ensuring their clients know just how great their software products are and troubleshooting problems before they happen!
After being trained on the technical and software products to a proficient level, you will be conducting training and onboarding customers whilst delivering a premium service. To apply for this position, you will ideally have had some experience of estate agency, know how the industry works and have used a CRM system. Your ability to communicate and build relationships is crucial to your success in this role.
