Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £18,000 - £18,500
I have a new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join the team of my established client.
You will need to be confident on the phone as you will be dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls which will include handling customer complaints and taking sales orders.
Candidates must have recent previous experience in an office or call centre based role with excellent admin and IT skills, a confident and approachable telephone manner, and a flexible, team-focused work ethic.
Applicants will also need to have a proven background in a similar role, up-selling, complaint handling, and order/sales processing.
Working hours will be 37.5 per week, split across 7 days to include weekend and bank holiday working.
Full support and training will be provided, however, the ability to multitask, use initiative, and manage calls independently will be essential as well as solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
