Job Description

We have a fantastic and rare opportunity available for a permanent Construction Administrator based in Bodmin joining a friendly team.

If you are a driven and confident individual with experience within the Construction / Engineering Industry we would love to hear from you!

On a day to day basis you will be the go to person responsible for co-ordinating the operatives jobs ensuring the operatives are fully briefed with job details and the customer updated at all times through to job completion, responsibilities will include:

- Creating Job Packs as new jobs come in

- Logging jobs and tracking them through to completion

- Co-ordination of the operatives and giving them job details

- Ordering materials and booking plant to required sites across the South West

- Administration

You must be a proactive and organised and able to coordinate and update clients and staff at all times.

Able to Problem Solve by reacting to new urgent jobs and being able to prioritise is key for this role.

In return the company are offering a very attractive salary from £22k to £26k per annum DOE

Hours are 08.30am and 17.00pm Monday to Friday

28 days Annual Leave including Bank Holidays
