Come and join our Community Home Care service. We are looking for people with kind compassionate hearts to become a Community Care Assistant, you will be the friendly face our clients see.
Working in the community, providing care for people in their own homes.
Experience is not necessary, just a passion to care and help others. Good communication skills and an ability to understand our clients’ needs is essential.
Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities of a Community Care Assistant:
You will be responsible for delivering high quality, professional person centred care and support for people in your local community; enabling their independence in a safe, non-judgemental and positive environment.
You will be delivering full personal care including showering, domestic tasks, shopping, escorts or maybe just being there for a friendly chat whilst carrying out a welfare check.
You will be part of a local team and as far as possible your visits will be organised not more than 5 miles apart.
Full-time, part-time, flexible contracts available and our care hours are split shifts during 7am – 10pm and will include alternate weekends.
You will receive full support from your Area Manager, Care Co-ordinator, the Planning Team and our out of hours on call team, so whatever situation may arise, you will always have someone at the end of the telephone.
