Job Title: Chef De Partie
Hours: 40 - 45 hours a week
As a Chef De Partie you will be assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
Preparing food. Assisting with the management of health and safety. Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices.
Must be flexible and be able to work as part of a team.
On top of your salary you will also receive a guaranteed £3000 in tips throughout the year.
