Chef De Partie in Truro

We are looking for a Chef De Partie for a busy restaurant in Truro.
Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes. Preparing food. Assisting with the management of health and safety. Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices.
Must be flexible and must work as part of a team.
This role does require evenings and weekends.
