Job Title: Chef De Partie
Hours: 45 Hours
This role is assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes. Preparing and prepping assisting with the management of health and safety. Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices.
You must be able to work evenings and weekends and be able to work under pressure.
45 hour week temporary live in for 6 months
