Buyer in Falmouth

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Buyer based in Falmouth on a permanent basis. You will be joining an established company at the forefront of their specialist area of engineering.
The role will involve taking responsibility for all purchasing for production operations. This will vary from electronic items to material purchasing.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
- Procurement of goods and services
- Determining the best route for sourcing products and materials
- Inventory management
- Updating records and invoicing dates
- Providing material quotes and lead times to assist in the bidding for new work
We are seeking someone who has used a MRP System with a background in a similar role
If you are CIPS qualified this would be desirable but not essential !
The salary is negotiable
