Job Title: Office Administrator / Audio Typist
Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm Mon - Fri
I am looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator with Audio Typing experience achieving 65 words per minute.
As an integral part of our team, you will provide a high level of administrative support to the Directors and colleagues in an effective and efficient manner.
The work is service led and you need to work under pressure when required.
You are required to deliver first-rate customer service skills both on the telephone and face to face.

Qualifications, Attributes and Experience
Audio typing to a minimum of 65 wpm with a high level of accuracy. Typing test at interview.
Previous administrative experience working in a busy office environment.
Experience using Microsoft Office, email, and internet.
Exceptional Customer Service skills.
Ability to maintain administrative and office systems.
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to react quickly to changing demands and
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as a team player.
Understanding of confidential issues and GDPR.
Accuracy with attention to detail.
Flexible approach to working to meet the needs of the company and colleagues.
Willing to undertake any training appropriate to role.
