Assistant to Housing Manager
Salary: £19,570 (pro rata – FTE: 37.5 hours)
Contracted Hours: 20 hours part time. Usual working pattern will be Monday to Friday (10am-2pm)

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Homes Division to assist our Housing Manager in the delivery of outstanding person-centred housing management, across our growing property portfolio.
Experience is not essential, most importantly, you should be driven, reliable, approachable, and excited to learn about property management within specialised social housing.
Your role will help people to maintain their tenancies and support them with their housing needs.
This will include carrying out regular property inspections, ensuring our properties are well maintained, organising maintenance work through our contractors, and ensuring safety certificates are kept up to date.
You will form strong relationships with our current Landlords and future investors whilst supporting the Housing Manager with housing referrals and property searches.
It is essential that you have good organisation and communication skills, along with a clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
GCSE grade 4 (‘C’) or equivalent in English and Maths (or level 2 functional skills) is desirable but not essential.
